Not Your Average Circle
This is not a space for idle chatter. It is an intentional fusion of mind, body, and spirit. Each session is designed to include group sharing, breathwork, meditation, movement, self-reflection, and creative exploration. This is your invitation to dive into your inner power and awaken your creative self.
Our intention is to break free from the constraints of patriarchy. We will establish a safe space embracing the qualities of the feminine that often go unnoticed in a fast-paced world – care, connection, inclusivity, mutuality, collaboration, flexibility, and deep listening. Embodying these qualities will transform your life and the world around you.
The Process
Each 2-hour session is a powerful mix of trauma-informed practices, meditative experiences, small group discussions and practical tools for enhancing your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
