When women gather, something else becomes possible. Ours is a different kind of power, a different kind of responsiveness, receptivity, subtlety and co-creativity. We need to gather to encourage each other, because it’s time for a different relationship with life on this planet of ours. – Clare Dakin, Tree Sisters
I am deeply committed to empowering women to realize their true power, which encompasses care, connection, inclusivity, flexibility, deep listening, and mutual support. Over the past 25 years of facilitating women’s circles, I have witnessed remarkable transformations. Women emerge with renewed purpose, joy, inner strength, and self-empowerment.

### Not Your Average Circle
This is not a space for idle chatter. It is an intentional fusion of mind, body, and spirit. Each session is designed to include group sharing, breathwork, meditation, movement, self-reflection, and creative exploration. This is your invitation to dive into your womanhood and awaken your creative self.
As we move away from the constraints of patriarchy, we must establish safe spaces to embrace the feminine qualities that often go unnoticed in a fast-paced world. Tapping into these aspects will transform both your life and those around you.
### The Process
Each 2-hour session is a powerful mix of trauma-informed practices, meditative experiences, small group discussions, insights on the uniqueness of femininity, and practical tools for enhancing your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
### Why a Circle?
When women come together, extraordinary things happen. We cultivate a unique power marked by responsiveness, receptivity, and co-creativity. It’s time to embrace a new relationship with life on this planet.
Circles foster inclusion, laughter, and creative partnerships that dissolve traditional authority lines. This environment allows every voice to rise, encouraging self-awareness and heartfelt connection. It is a critical step in cultivating joy.
Step boldly into this co-creative experience; all are welcome.
